Arcadis has acquired boutique consulting firm 13th Floor Consulting, which was set up by former Davis Langdon partner David Meller. The acquisition is part of Arcadis’ drive to strengthen its estimating and cost management capabilities.

13th Floor Consulting was founded in 2012 by Meller, who has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. The firm provides a range of services including cost management, project controls, and commercial management.
