Trump Plays Celine Dion's 'My Heart Will Go On' at Montana Rally Despite Copyright Concerns

Management Team and Record Label Speak Out Against Unauthorized Use

Dion and her management team did not endorse the use of her song at the rally, which included a video of her singing it.

Former President Donald Trump played Celine Dion's hit song "My Heart Will Go On" at a rally in Montana on Friday night, despite the singer's management team and record label, Sony Music Canada, previously objecting to its use. This time, Dion's management and record label publicly condemned the unauthorized usage of her song by the Republican presidential nominee's campaign.

The song has been a staple at Trump's rallies in the past, but this was the first time he had used a video of Dion singing it. Dion's management team and record label released a statement on Saturday saying that they "do not endorse the unauthorized use of one of her most popular songs." They also said that they are "considering all legal options."

This is not the first time that Trump has used music without the artist's permission. He has previously played songs by The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, and Queen at his rallies, despite objections from the artists or their estates.
